ToolWEAR™ Tool Life Management
The ToolWEAR Station software offers extensive tool life auditing and production planning capabilities based on tool wear. This package operates as an independent client(s) or as an integral part of PC-TOOLCRIB. It tracks specially designated serialized tools through their productive life cycles collecting information from the Regrind area, Inspection, and if required, a tool coating process area. ToolWEAR is divided into programs for each of the departments - Regrind, Inspection, and Coat, so that the software only displays and collects information for the specific area.
