PC-TOOLCRIB is extremely easy to use. An enormous amount of time was spent in the design phase to make it a package everyone will find simple, intuitive, and a true productivity tool from the toolcrib attendant to a manufacturing engineer. It's in-depth search techniques use similar thought processes you would use to locate the right tool. Screens are un-cluttered so the immediately important information is easily seen, but extensive amounts of related information are a button click away when you need them.
Barcode label and catalog printing is included as a standard feature to make any tool movement a quick and accurate data collection step. Portable barcode readers guide crib attendants with on-screen prompts to issue, return, restock or take inventory.
PC-TOOLCRIB's modularity enables you to build a system that fits your needs now. As your requirements grow you can add on other modules whenever they are needed. You don't pay for features you do not need ! PC-TOOLCRIB includes a wealth of features in the standard package such as creating requisitions when you run low on items, but if you need the full realm of purchasing features matching or exceeding any business system on the market for requisition management, purchase order management, EDI, etc., then simply add the PCT-Purchase Module. If your plant needs to track individually serialized tools such as fixtures, dies, hobs or gages, add the PCT-GAGE Module. There is a PC-TOOLCRIB module for every aspect of your tool management project.
