The PCT-Purchase Module added to PC-TOOLCRIB provides features for managing the purchasing process beyond the base package features. It also gives you a wealth of knowledge about your buying practices, the support you receive from suppliers, and accurately predicts when and how much to buy.

	Purchase Orders output as hardcopy, ACSII data file, or ANSI X.12 850 EDI file.
	Send PO's to suppliers via Internet email, Internet FTP, Fax, proprietary communications to third-party VAN, or direct communications to supplier system.
	Generates fully alterable requisitions and purchase orders.
	Unlimited suppliers per tool with supplier order numbers, package quantity, and quantity-price discount schedules.
	Non-stock (spot buys) requisitioning, purchase, receive, and reporting.
	PO's to outside regrind suppliers

	Recommends when and how many consumables to buy.
	Tracks supplier OnTime percentages
